Sales Tax
MicroNeedler.com is required to collect a NYS sales tax on all orders shipped with a delivery address in the state of New York.

Shipping Information
Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order. These rates apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Express Shipping is available on select items upon request. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges.

International Shipping
Flat Rate international shipping is offered to select countries at $39.95 Please call if you have any questions or if your country is not available at flat rate shipping and we can get you a specific shipping rate for your delivery destination.

Returns and Exchange Policy
MicroNeedler.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We will strive to remedy any problems, but we ask that you contact us within 15 days if you have a defective product in your order. Returns must be in new unopened condition, in the original packaging are refundable less a 25% restocking fee within 15 days; less the shipping fees it cost MicroNeedler.com to ship the item/s to you. Returns must be received no later than 15 days from date of purchase. If you have any questions regarding our policies, contact us.
